The headquarters building was constructed in Higashi-Ueno, Taito-ku, Tokyo.

The company’s name was changed to K.K. Ueno (Ueno Co.,LTD.)

Capitalization was increased to 412,470,000 yen.
K.K. Ueno Enterprises was established, with a life insurance agency serving as its nucleus
